"Pool area and location great! Rooms are really worn down and not clean. They don’t provide pillow cases only big sheets. There is barely any kitchen ware; no type of coffee maker, no bread knives, no serving spoons, not even a plate for each guest. The café / restaurant at the residence isn’t always open so don’t expect a morning coffee. We also had a folder up extra bed taking up space in the apartment."

Such a great central hotel in Finale L. Staff were very friendly and helpful always, and always went the extra mile to ensure any needs were met and that we had an enjoyable stay. Stayed in the annex building, which was very cosy and secure. Breakfast was amazing every morning and great variety - enjoyed getting to have breakfast outside. Our bikes were looked after well in their bike room. Housekeeping was 5/5, always came back to a clean spotless room. Great bar facilities as well. Out of all...
