"The location is the best! Easy to walk all around Minocqua from this hotel! We had a great time. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, donuts, toast, and more items."
"It was comfortable, safe, convenient dining. I could have enjoyed another pillow or 2. Directions to breakfast were confusing: 1 mile down the road? Key pad has 2 arrows and it was not clear requiring number re entry. Thank you."
"Hotel is in a very convenient location to restaurants and downtown. Hotel was clean, but dated. However, the hotel does not have elevator service to all levels and is built into a hill. We had to carry all of our luggage, and breakfast every morning, up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is complimentary but must be taken back to your room. If you have difficulty with stairs this is not a good choice, unless hotel will guarantee you are on first or second floor on building 1 or 2."
"Pros- Multiple beds available for kids/small family, excellent breakfast with quality food, peaceful location and comfortable beds.
Cons- Light streams through in the morning so kids are up at the crack of dawn. Reception not very helpful with things to do even when asking for suggestions."
"The hotel is a little older - but extremely well maintained. Very clean. It is in a fantastic location. Our room had a view of the lake - and everything in the town was in walking distance.
The pool is fantastic! Again, so clean! I can’t emphasize enough how well kept the entire hotel is.
The lady at the front desk was such a hard worker! We were there for July 4th, and she looked so patriotic with her flag bandana. You could tell that she was very invested in her guests and the welfare of the hotel in general. Loved our stay!!"
"Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, perfect location across from Torpy park. Recently renovated, a solid motel experience with a nice seating area behind overlooking a Lilly pad filled lake"
