A little gem in paradise

Great location. Great to get out to the beach or restaurants. The place needs a little tidy but was very clean and comfortable. It is good for the price. The staff is as good as anywhere I have been and thats 67 different countries and counting. Really helpful and always kind.

Staff were very accommodating. Great service. Room is clean. I just have to comment about the cleanliness of the floor. It wasn’t that clean immaculately as I saw some hair and a piece of bamboo broom. But it’s all good. 😊 We had a great stay. I would recommend this hotel as it’s very convenient.

I booked online because it looked ok and I didn’t read reviews . We arrived 2 hours before check in. They charged us a fee to check in early . The road/walkway is muddy and puddles of water everywhere. It would be impossible to walk at night . The room wasn’t clean. Hair in the bathroom and on the toilet. Mosquitos everywhere inside the room. One bedroom comes with a bug light if that tells you anything . We walked straight to the beach and found a nice hotel and booked it . Walked back and checked out. Staff wasn’t friendly . The staff at uptown were very friendly .

The first impression of the hotel is the entrance. A muddy path with trip hazards. Forget trying to wheel a nice suitcase up the entrace path. The rooms were fine. Clean and a good size. But you better hope you are not on the 4th floor. Quite a walk up the stairs with no lift. There are basically no facilities. No pool, bar, restaurant, deck chairs. Your only option for entertainment is a 5 minute walk down an uneven and muddy path to the beach. Its negotiable during the day time, but a bit hazardous at night. Overall not my idea of a 3 star hotel.

Overall stay is great!

The place is new so it’s neat, staff are friendly. I can only say 3 negative feedback: entrance to the hotel, the keycard not working and no water heater or the water heater is not working.

아무리 태풍 피해가 컸다지만..

해변과 가깝습니다. 조식도 부페는 아니지만 괜찮았어요. 일주일전 태풍때문에 큰 리조트들보다 전기 조달이 어려웠습니다. 발전기소리는 탱크소리같고 에어컨도 청소기 소리만큼 시끄러웠어요. 더운물은 나오지 않았습니다. 수압도 낮구요. 개미도 너무 많고.. 아무리 성수기래도 이런 숙박을 일박에 15만원이나 줬다는게 참 아쉽네요.

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. They let us check in early for free. Rooms are clean and okay. I just wish they would put a broom on the room so we could sweep the sands that accumulated from our shoes. Best of all are the dogs at the lobby. The only downside is that there's no elevator which makes it hard going up and down especially if ur pregnant or have a toddler or with a senior.

道から少し中に入ったところですが、看板を見て、その朽ちかけた姿に愕然としました^_^ しかし、ロビーを見たら一安心。 開放的なロビーとゆったりとした雰囲気。 いかにもボラカイ島だなぁと感じました。 部屋も思ったより綺麗で、これで朝食付き3700円ならコスパ抜群でした、3泊しました。 海から五分という距離も魅力。 スタッフもフレンドリーでした。
