Amazing accommodation. Our balcony had an amazing view. The breakfast was incredible. The staff was really friendly and they went above and beyond to get us booked on the activities we wanted. Also, they are the most friendly with children. 100% recommended!!!

The staff were super welcoming, helpful and discrete. The evening social hour is s brilliant icebreaker . The setting and quality of the garden is unique, tranquil and peaceful

Nice room in the middle of a beautiful garden. A lot of birds. Ideal to relax.

The most beautiful apartment in a stunning setting. Fabulous check in, spotless and so comfortable. 10/10

Beautiful grounds. Location was good to walk to the town. The room was nice though a bit noisy.

We stayed 5 nights and found plenty to do as we like walking and rafting and being outdoors. Boquete is relatively expensive so we thought on the whole that the hotel was good value. Lovely surrounding area, if you like quiet and nature, which we did. We also had a car which helped a lot. The best thing was the people who run it, give you good advice and cook you a lovely breakfast. Best of all, they make you feel really welcome. Robert and Judy, thank you.

Lovely space with lots of communal areas. Great place to explore.

Fabulous place to stay, quiet and tranquil in a beautiful setting. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Its location was ideal very close to the town centre.

The amenities are great: + you are staying in a castle... + there is a pool + there is a jacuzi + there is a terasse with great views + lobby area with fireplace and nice atmosphere + tv room with netflix, playstation... + free shuttle to and from town twice daily (otherwise 4$ taxi or 45min walk) + delicious community dinners + lovely garden with space for sports, yoga, sunbathing, all that with a great view + kitchen to prepare your own food Only a few negative things: - dorm...

Whilst rooms not in super luxury category, the hotel is very clean, has all the amenities and great food options plus wonderful views. Most of all, the staff are really professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble! It was a very good experience.

Set in a tranquil location not a sou d except the birds and the wind. Room comfortable. Easy 20 min stroll to town.

Absolutely a beautiful hotel, very clean great facilities. Rooftop area was lovely with amazing views over the town. The cleaning lady kept the place spotless and was always smiling and friendly and willing to help whenever she could. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would have no hesitation coming back

A fantastic stay in Downtown Suites! It was great value for money and had a hot tub in the beautifully maintained garden which was perfect post hikes or on rainy days. The staff were very helpful too - during check-in we were proactively shown the map/things to do and taken care of throughout our stay. There were hummingbird feeders in the garden which was nice touch but unfortunately they were covered in wasps so the poor little hummingbird couldn’t get to it every time it tried - I don’t...
