"The staff was excellent and the room was clean and well maintained. The problem we encountered was the lack of parking. Returned to the property after a concert to no parking spots except an VIP spot. We went inside to make sure ok to park there. We were told ok or there would be no fire so told to park in fire lanes around pool. There was at least six cars in fire lanes the next morning. The opinion we got was this is a common occurrence. "

"Only shower in the rooms, no bathtubs. The bed had two top sheets on it instead of a fitted sheet so every night I woke up with the bottom sheet all crinkled up underneath me. "

"Breakfast choices were mediocre at best. TV reception and programming was the worst. Pool full with about 20 screaming kids at 9:30pm. The staff ensured they were supervised and enforced 10pm closing. Not enough parking. "

"The parking area is safe. The cleanliness of the hotel is a 3 out of 5. The housekeeping staff doesn’t come to your room at all to see if you need anything at all, nor do they come to change the linens and sheets out, and we've been here for a week."
