The reservation was booked through hotels.com, but when we arrived we were told that the reservation had been canceled. The hotel gave no reason, just that it had been canceled. We showed them the reservation confirmation, but it fell on deaf ears. I've used hotels.com for years, but no more.

The hotel is pretty old and it shows. We had poor lighting in the hotel room and the tv in the living room space didn't work. Things just look beat up.
