Nice clean room with an updated bathroom. Pretty gardens and fountains on site. Several rooms available with more amenities. Friendly staff. I thought the price was a bit steep for the small space we had but you are centrally located in town with shopping and dining within walking distance.

Super clean, very recently remodeled. Great staff, Extremely close to the hub of the town. Great gardens and places to lounge. Walkable. I definitely recommend. Only weird thing is it has the thinest toilet paper on the planet. Weird, but just saying. Go and enjoy yourself!

Cute throwback true “motel”. Room and bathroom small but very clean. Comfy bed, large flat screen tv, fridge and microwave. Best part is the ability to walk to shopping and restaurants. Great value and dog friendly:)

Very charming place, close to downtown, a nice walking trail, and the owner did a fabulous job with the gardens, very beautiful. Only one suggestion, the room I stayed in could use a new mattress- it wasn’t comfortable.

Homestead Inn March 2022

Assigned room had not been cleaned but staff assigned us to an upgraded room. Staff recovered. Ungraded room had two queen beds and two rockers. Room was too small for that configuration. One side of each bed was only 1foot from the wall so as an older person it made it hard and unsafe to get out on those sides of the bed. It was just my wife and I but we sleep together. The best part of the hotel was its location. Easy access to all that Downtown Blowing Rock had to offer. Major plus. We would not stay at this hotel again if we had to in room 4 again. For a mature couple if room 4 had one queen bed and the rockers for a sitting area might give it a chance based on location. Hope this helps.

Ok stay. We had a deluxe room that didn’t feel very deluxe. It was almost impossible to maintain a steady room temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Heater was very noisy.
