Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a barking dog next door to us and I had to call he front desk about the problem and they were concerned about it and took care of the problem.

We had some random person repeatedly knocking on our door in the middle of the night & because my children & I were exhausted I chose to ignore it. 7 hours of driving) & prior to our checking out today there was some strange incident where two guests were going at it in the room next to me & then it continued into the hall. I opened the door concerned & there were two younger guys who claimed to work there and tell me everything is fine that they worked there but yet they DID not work there. Followed by some girl following a guy and telling him “never to come back here again”?!& cursing . Upon checking out & leaving this property the same gentleman was outside with a garbage back hovering outside the property. The hallways are in need of a deep shampo /clean. We did NOT use the pool but I did happen to see it looked clean imo. The breakfast was average and that part was clean. The bed was comfortable. The black employee ( did not catch her name) at the service desk was friendly as well as the associate working breakfast. It is a town where I would presume snow/ ice is a factor. Would recommend salting for safety & convenience of your customers. My parking spot was covered & many others with ice which I almost slipped on more than once ( could only imagine if an elderly person does or even myself being 7 hours from home. NOT a fan of allowing pets in the building and would suggest a more bolder advertisement of this as barking dogs is a nuisance when trying to sleep,

Really nice rooms. The breakfast bar was also very nice and well presented. The swimming pool was well maintained. Wifi in room was also working well. The management at desk was one of the most socialable individuals that I have came across in a long time. Easy entrance to and from this property. I would definitely stay at this lication again

I reserved a king room and upon check in I was advised they didn't have a king and could only offer a two queens.i asked if there could be a rate reduction and was told no. There was dirty socks left in the room and carpets looked like hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Wont stay here again.

Room was clean but sheets were not washed. Found hair and debris on the sheets. Manager was friendly and switched rooms. New room was thoroughly clean, but the tv didn’t work and the pipe leaked through the wall when showering. The maintenance needs improvements for sure. Not my best stay.

Went here for a trip with my husband. The room itself was pretty nice. Bed was very uncomfortable and the hair dryer had what looked like dog hair all over it. There were trash cans near the elevator that was overflowing for our whole stay and was never emptied. Breakfast was a joke. Almost everything was just stuff out of a refrigerator that you heat up like stuff from a gas station. I’ve stayed much cheaper places that had a much better breakfast than this. Will not stay here again.

You need to make sure, I am not charged for the stay. We got to the arrival hoping to relax with a swim after skiing and then getting a good nights rest. The pool is closed, and this is not stated on the site. We did not stay and the manger stated we would not be charged.

I was before in other Quality Inn hoteles but I don't recommend this one. Too noisy, tons of young people smoking drugs ans singing loudy outdoors and indoors, the smell Even was inside the room, and I respect wha people do, but they need to respect others. The breakfast menu was poor and the cleaning lady that was in the kitchen was mean. The options if I compare with My other stays before was really Bad, no Even cream cheese. For that price look For another hotel but this one no!

A rough start but great service
Our stay had a rough start. the AC in our room was leaking and the floor around it was wet. I contacted the front desk and Shauanda was very friendly, she tried to get us to a new room as it was the evening and maintenance was gone for the night. We went to have dinner while we were waiting for an update and I gave Shauanda my cell number to keep me updated. She did give me a call to let me know there were no other rooms available but that the hotel would comp that first night. Maintenance came the next day and fixed the AC and it did not leak anymore. The beds were comfortable, and the room was a good size. There was a whirlpool bathtub in the actual room (as well as a regular bathtub in the bathroom) but we did not use the whirlpool tub; it looked as though it needed to be cleaned. The water pressure was good but the hot water was very spotty; it would go in and out during the showers and baths. The breakfast was ok, there was a waffle machine and a continental type breakfast. For the most part it was a decent stay. Don't know if we would stay again but it wasn't horrible.

I don’t know exactly what their house keeping situation was, but their were rooms not closed up theat needed cleaning. A guest does not want to walk down the hall and all doors are open that needs cleaning. Side door did not lock so anyone could have walked in without key access.

Decent for quick stay.
Was decent. Just need a spot for a quick weekend trip. ONLY negative was they didn’t tell anyone that the hot water would be off from 11am to 5pm Pool was also completely drained

Would not recommend
Front desk staff was kind, but that was about the only positive. The bed had the smallest pillow I’ve ever seen. The shower had no hot water. We found a blood stain on the comforter.
