The staff are exceptionally nice! As for my room, I got a hottub room and even tho it was nice when I walked in the trash cans were sitting on the desk and there is no where and I mean no where to put your clothes, no even a wrack in the closet to hang them

Graystone Lodge, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Very clean hotel and the staff is very friendly. They have four electric car charging stations in the back parking lot that work perfectly and give off 7 kW. Free to use as long as you're staying at the hotel.

This stay was amazing. The staff was always helpful, I stayed for 5 nights and the room felt like home away from home.

Chetola Resort
Everything was great. The only problem was the room was not cleaned properly. Dust, crumbs on floor and desk was there all the days. Usually I clean the crumbs I make off the desk but wanted to see if they would vacuum the ones on the floor. They didn’t.
