"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"This is a fantastic luxury hotel on the edge of Lake Annecy which is stunning, with crystal blue waters Annecy is a wonderful place to visit with mountains, lakes and city. The staff were warm and attentive. Our room and the available facilities are fantastic and the fine dining experience was stellar. We booked this hotel as a stopping off point on our journey home from an enjoyable Italian holiday and this turned out to be an amazing discovery and a highlight of the whole trip. We will definitely return."
