"Clean room (a bit shabby—worn furniture) and AC was not working properly on arrival and door knob/handle was broken off the door in bathroom. Once reported fixed in a timely manner but was a hot night in the room due to poor AC."

"The room was very accommodating and the bed was comfortable. We liked the seating area with TV. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain well but it wasn’t a huge deal. The hotel location is close to restaurants and shopping which was nice. The bar and restaurant food was good and the service was efficient. Parking per day in the garage was high, but we expected it might be. This is an older hotel, but well maintained and room updates are modern."

"We don’t gamble, so the casino isn’t a plus for us. We were charged an extra amount which we were told we could use at the casino or for dining. We forgot to have it applied to our dinner and the casino people thought we were nuts saying we had credit to use. Must have been some miscommunication all around, but whatever happened, I felt a bit cheated when I saw we were billed for the “credit.”"
