Very central location, attentive staff, and very tidy and well presented - you wouldn't think this is a "budget" hotel at all. Also, some very interesting and historical pieces of furniture, decor and interesting items and ornaments. Easy to find, simple to park your car, and the central location was a real bonus - Rheinbach is a very nice historical town - well worth a visit

Wonderful glorious Charming Hotel and Town
Absolute lovely location . Charming town. The local BeerHousr Restaurant with GREAT FOOD is just across the street! Lovely well decorated property with old fashion items and antiques ( oof clocks ). Not noisy clocks! About a 6 minute walk from the main Rheinbach Station ! Wonderful town: if windows are open in the summer and your street side - some noise during business hours! Incredible wonderful breakfast.

Hotel a little worn and tired
Not brilliant, the place looks and feels a bit dirty could do with some new carpets, curtains etc the beds, tables and wardrobes are also looking very old,worn and dated, the bed was reasonably comfortable, however the room door wouldn't close or lock properly and left you feeling a bit exposed, you could also hear noise from people talking and walking outside in the corridor, on a good note all the staff I met were very friendly and the area was also very nice.

Bed was nice but bathrooms weren’t very clean (mold growth in the corners and in the shower). Water was cold in the shower for the whole stay. Gentleman working the front counter was unhelpful and rude to my elderly mother. We checked out a day earlier than booked.

Nous avont choisi une chambre avec un lit double mais il y avait deux petit duvets et nous avont eu très froid j'ai du prendre ma couverture en plus car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. l'établissement en lui même est très vieillot et il y avait pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuné.

Die Dame am Telefon ist sehr nett, die Nummer vom Fach mit der Schlüsselkarte bekomme ich schnell. Parken kann man kostenlos vor der Tür, das ist erfreulich. Drinnen ist es etwas runtergekommen. Das Zimmer dann ein Schock. Völlig verwohnt und unschön. Kaum Steckdosen, es wirkt alles sehr heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Die Fenster schließen schlecht, der Lärm kommt durch. Eine 25,00 € Abstieg.
Da kommt Freude auf beim Anzug aufhängen
