L’hôtel était très beau, la décoration avait beaucoup de goût. Le spa était parfait, sauna et hammam de qualité. L’espace intérieur et extérieur étaient juste détente, très agréable. Peignoir à disposition. Il ne manquait qu’un frigo dans la chambre. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son intention particulière pour mon anniversaire ainsi que le personnel. Parking près de l’hôtel. Cologne, therme et Phantasialande à 20 min en voiture, super pratique. On a passé un excellent séjour!

Waren in der Therme Euskirchen und fanden dieses tolle Hotel zum übernachten. Das ganze Hotel war super. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal absolut zuvorkommend. Selbst der Wunsch nach einem Blumenstrauß als Überraschung für meine Freundin wurde perfekt erfüllt! Man hat sich mehr als wie nur ein Gast gefühlt.

habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt

wegen der Baustelle hätte ich dem Navi vertrauen sollen... aber ich habe hierher gefunden und war sehr angenehm überrascht, ein freundlicher Empfang, ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, Ruhe, gut geschlafen, und das Frühstücksbuffet ist kaum noch zu überbieten, dazu ein sehr netter Gastgeber und tolles Personal. Fazit: wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin, dann komme ich sehr gerne wieder hierher

Toller Aufenthalt

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit sehr guter Küche. Die zentrale Lage läßt Fahrten an die Ahr oder in den Großraum Bonn zu einem Erlebnis werden. Auch rund um Heimerzheim gibt es ruhige und gepflegte Wanderstrecken, zu römischen Wasserleitungen oder zum Eisenren Mann. Sehr schön.

Lidt kedeligt - men det virker

Pris/Kvalitet er i top. Strengt taget er hotellet ordinært og i grunden kedeligt - men det hele virker - sengene er udmærkede, rummene store og der er et glimrende bad/toilet. Fredeligt er her også, så man kan sove i fred og ro. Ikke langt fra motorvejen, så også nemt at hoppe af og på, når man har brug for det. Så er det forplejningen - og det er en gentagelse: ordinært og lidt kedeligt, men der er ikke noget galt. Morgenmaden er som altid i Tyskland rigelig - og faktisk ganske god. Men at bruge det til mere en end hurtig overnatning, vil vi aldrig gøre.

Hotel was good overall but despite yhere being 2 entrances from the car park l had to enter throuhh the restaurant which was about to close andwas busy.

Jammer dat er geen airco was, het was erg warm en op de begane grond was het tot laat in de nacht 2.30 uur een vreselijke herrie zodat slapen onmogelijk. Alles was verder prima in orde, geweldig ontbijt buffet en alles heel schoon.

Het is een net hotel. Kleinschalig. De tweepersoonskamer was echter vrij klein. Bij aankomst (20.30u) hadden wij maar voor 1 persoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Bij navraag gaf de receptioniste aan dat de wasserette te laat was. En dat de kamer voor zakenmensen als eenpersoonskamer werd gebruikt maar voor toeristen als tweepersoonskamer. Na een half uur lag alles wel op de kamer. Bed was klein. Ook op het balkon maar 1 stoel. Badkamer was oud maar douche was prima. Het ontbijt was simpel. Broodjes beetje droog. Personeel wel vriendelijk.

Superb!

A lovely hotel on the edge of the main town centre. The hotel reception is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is superb, with their outside patio area making a wonderful spot to eat and drink in the summer. Fantastic food and drink. The staff were great and vey attentive. The room was comfortable and offered pretty much everything I needed. I carpet would be nice to soften the noise and feel in the room. Internet was good. Very happy and would stay again.

Enjoyable short stay

Many thanks to the hotel team and in particular to Michaela, who helped us with the room reservation, and also made sure that we get our keys after hours, when the reception was closed. We really enjoyed our overnight stay, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious, bathroom was clean and modern. I am not sure about the glass window in the bathroom leading into the bedroom, but I guess that room was not designed for people with children. The location was really convenient for us, close to the autobahn. The hotel is located in a small village, very quiet. Not sure how to get there with public transport, but it was easy by car. We were fully refreshed and ready to continue our journey in the morning! We will be considering this hotel in the future.
