Die besten Jahre sind schon länger vorbei

Gesamteindruck: ehemals luxeröses Hotel mit inzwischen "stark blätternden Lack" Kritik: Die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers, das Leeren der Papierkörbe, Nachlegen von Klopapier etc. fand an allen Aufenthaltstagen nicht statt, so dass wir Klorollen am Empfangstresen erbitten mussten. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Auf unsere Bitte um Instandsetzung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass schon seit Jahren in kaum einem Zimmer mehr die Kühlschränke funktionierten und die wenigen priviligierten Zimmer nur an Diabetiker gingen, die ihre Medikamente darin kühlen müssten. Lob: Das Personal am Empfangstresen war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen für unsere Unannehmlichkeiten einen Frühstücksgutschein für 2 Personen (das Frühstück war köstlich). Unser Kühlgut durften wir im Bürokühlschrank lagern. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sich das Empfangstresen -Team redlichst darum bemühte, die erheblichen organisatorischen Schwächen - vermutlich der Hotelleitung -auszubügeln, die offensichtlich an jeder Ecke einzusparen versuchte. Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig, man ist in zwei Gehminuten bereits in der City.

the staff was nice. The room was horribly warm and couldn’t sleep all night long. Changed the room twice but the same problem seems to be in the whole hotel, the need to repair the Air condition.

burde nok kun være 3 stjerner

Der blev ikke gjort rent i de 3 dage vi var på hotellet og vi måtte spørge om ekstra toiletpapir. Det var ikke muligt at få en kop kaffe med på værelset, heldigvis lå der en kiosk på den anden side af hotellet hvor man kunne købe kaffe 2 go. Kun 1 elevator virkede og den virkede som om den kunne falde ned hvert øjeblik. På den positive side hotellet lå rigtig godt og værelserne var lydisolerede og det meste personale var søde.

zwaar onderbezet hotel qua personeel. Onvoldoende.

Door coronacrisis was de personele bezetting zeer beperkt. We moesten anderhalf uur wachten van 17 uur tot 18.30 voordat onze kamers schoon waren gemaakt. Terwijl de inchecktijd al om 16 uur was. Er was maar 1 schoonmaker. De volgende ochtend bij het ontbijt was de personele planning ook zwaar onderbezet. Moesten weer een half uur wachten voordat we ontbijt kregen. De hotelkamer was ook niet goed schoon. De stoelen waren versleten en het bad was verstopt. Echt een hele slechte ervaring. Eens en nooit meer. Absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Zelfs nog geen 2. Een hele dikke onvoldoende. En Duitsland onwaardig.

Klassisches Hotel mit guter Ausstattung

Zu dem angebotenen Preis, war es sehr gut, das Parken für 19,- € ordenltich und die Ausfahrt aus der Tiefgarage bei "breiteren" Autos eine Herausforderung. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber guter Service und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir waren für die SoReal Audio vor Ort.

Hôtel bien situé, proore à la décoration classique

Séjour agréable, grande chambre familiale avec tout le confort nécessaire . Toutefois cet établissement est un peu daté et manque de chaleur au niveau de sa décoration. Convient d’avantage à des séminaires ou des conventions, hôtel vide lors de notre passage, ce qui laisse une impression étrange. Piscine chauffée agréable et conforme aux photos publiées par l’établissement. Bonne situation de l’hôtel dans quartier bourgeois de Bonn, il est par ailleurs bien desservi (tram) et dispose d’un parking à proximité payant.

ボン駅から近く、買い物にも便利。 ホテルは古いが、それがアンティークな感じで素敵です。 毎日の部屋の清掃がとてもきっちりされていて、タオルなども毎日豊富、シーツも毎日替えられていてよかったです。

Ganz gut Hotel

Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber sonst ganz gut. Die Fenster sind ganz toll Schallisoliert, man hört nichts vom Bahnhof oder Verkehr. Sauberkeit und Service waren gut.

Mit dem Wlan müsste es Nachbesserungen geben. Der Wlan Empfang war Käse. Ansonsten würde ich da Hotel sehr empfehlen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.Das Personal sehr sehr nett.

Ein sehr schönes Haus aus den 70-iger Jahren

Das Haus hat sich den Hauch von Luxus und Großzügigkeit erhalten, bislang hat nichts von seinem Charme eingebüßt. Eine umfassende Renovierung wäre jammerschade, was natürlich nicht ausschließt, dass z.B. die Teppichböden erneuert werden könnten. Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil wir den Stil dieser Zeit mögen!

Sehr angenehm, nettes freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Verwunderlich ist, dass das Personal im Bristol sehr freundlich und professionell ist, im Hotel der GLEICHEN Hotel Kette in Bonn jedoch nicht. Ins Bristol daher immer wieder gerne. Dank an die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter
