"Before planning my trip to San Jose. I researched the best hotels in this town and this was the property which had the best reviews. However, there were a fee areas of our bathroom shower that needed attention (i.e., moldy and black caulkng around the shower door). Parking was sufficient and security satisfactory from my recent experience as a Balikbayan. Overall, the property is well maintained with courteous staff."

Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "

"This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. "It was a pleasant stay. The lady manager who does the all around works to accomodate us and our request, even gave us tips where to dine and places to go. I commend her for the efforts. To HOTELS.COM you should be promt remmiting to them whats should be theirs. Its their hotel we are paying and staying, not your."

"A budget friendly clean hotel, with great staff. Good for young people, backpackers. Not for people in wheelchair and limited mobility. Its good if you are only looking for a place to sleep, and do most of your activities outdoors. "

"The property was closed due to a typhoon in 2025. The hotel issued me as reservation anyway. If I had paid in advance I would have lost my money. Do not reservation this place. It is closed. And they still take reservations and your money. A rip off a scam."

"Beach was literally just a hop away which was really good. The area could use some renovation to make it look more attractive. You get the value out of the price you pay. Wifi is good for remote work."
