"Terrible apartment. Terrible service. Check-iin was very difficult and the room was mis-described. We left and did not even stay. Several guests were complaining at the same time. There was no reception, it is being decorated. It is all remote from Spain. I am awaiting a refund. Worst experience ever on Hotels.com"

"The man at reception was very friendly and always asked how we were and did we need any help or advice. Made us feel welcome. Good location, two min walk to main shopping street and metro station from airport. Good location overall for sights. Baggage store on morning of departure. Room was quite cold but was fine once air conditioning was whacked up."
