"I have stayed here before and it was an easy decision to rebook this hotel for our trip. The Hotel is a little remote in a small village but I prefer the tranquility and peace at the base of the Picos De Europa. The breakfast and evening meals were fantastic value and I absolutely enjoyed my stay there."

"The hotel is a great find, very clean and well run. The food in restaurant is the best we found in the area and the owners are super friendly and take great pride in your stay. "Lovely quiet place. Quite difficult to get to. Unclear instructions on where to park, how breakfast works, what the bar has to offer. Location for relaxing and unwinding is great. Be careful which room you book. Not. All have a window you can look out. Ours was just roof lights which was a real disappointment"

"Absolutely enchanting!! This is run by a couple with their kids and nephew - the took ruins and transformed it into a beautiful retreat for tourists. The suite was gorgeous and spacious. Loved the contrast of the dark wood and the stone/bricks. We had views of the mountains and it was so peaceful. Breakfast was included with delicious coffee and variety of baked goods, jambon, and fruit. The family is well traveled and it was lovely sharing stories of our travels. The owner recommended an ice cream shop in the next town with homemade ice cream - which we did and it was incredible (try the hazelnut and blueberry)! What a wonderful stay!"

"Good location for exploring the area and access to the rail link to Leon. Facilities are those appropriate to its star rating. My stay was on a Monday, the hotel rest day - check-in staff very helpful, but thereafter you are on your own. In contrast for normal full service days there is a welcoming bar/cafeteria and restaurant facilities."
