"Nuestra estancia en El Jardín fue, literalmente, una de las mejores experiencias de nuestra vida. Desde el primer momento, la atención en el front desk fue simplemente maravillosa. La persona que nos recibió fue increíble: amable, paciente, atenta y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Yo no me sentía muy bien al inicio y aun así me asistió en todo, con una disposición hermosa que realmente marcó la diferencia. La comida y el desayuno… deliciosos. Cada detalle del lugar se siente mágico, lindo, acogedor. Fue una experiencia maravillosa, mágica e inolvidable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo 100%. "We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor condition, and needs a truck, Jeep or similar high-clearance vehicle. But it's worth it! Our only recommendation is to fix the road, and our profuse thanks are to the staff for helping us with travel arrangements!"
