The food quality was poor, but the service was worse; the staff member was quite dismissive and initially refused to serve my son, despite him being included on our breakfast card. It took an intervention from the manager to resolve the issue. Ultimately, the service did not meet the expectations promised at check-in."

"For the most part the hotel was acceptable in all aspects. The manager (middle eastern gentleman?) went over and beyond his way to accommodate and welcome us to the property and was super nice!! The downfall to this location is the homeless population that lands on his doorstep loitering on premises, using restrooms, etc. which I’m not sure how much control he has on that? But the property was clean, convenient location and priced competitive. "
