"The resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel welcome and the area is very picturesque. We had food in one of their Italian restaurants.... Limon which was terrible. Breakfast restaurant was amazing every morning since we were there for the Belgian GP. The walls inside are painted black in the hallways and room entrance which gives you a nightclub vibe..... Not sure if that's appropriate for a resort. I would give this place 4.5 stars."

"Outstanding stay, the place is awesome but the staff are better"

"Nice breakfast, clean room, friendly host"

"The staff was great. Everything about the spa and hours were explained clearly and quickly. The morning breakfast had a wide variety of savory and sweet foods along with beverages. The view in the back is wonderful and quiet."

"Pricey and not amazing food at dinner, would recommend to eat somewhere else. Great rooms and having AC is great!"

"Very good on all aspects. Excellent value for money "

"Excellent property, perfect parking and nice rooms. "

"Ouiet nice view "

"Tolles Hotel, super Zimmer, toller Ausgangspunkt für Trips in die belgischen Ardennen. Klimatisiertes Zimmer, sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Hele mooie kamer maar jammer dat onze originele kamer met brubbelbad dubbelboekt was maar wel mooi alternatief gekregen met flesje bubbels erbij."

"Beautiful. "

"Excellent setting and great staff"

"Alles top! De locatie, kamer, tuin, gezelschapspelen, jacuzzi, ontbijt, gastvrouw... Echte aanrader 👌"

"The facilities are large, but the cleanliness is truly awful. The heated pool is filthy, and the bathrooms and showers are so disgusting and full of mold and filth that you'd rather not shower to avoid catching a fungal infection. They cut off the electricity and water for four hours one day to trim the trees without warning. They closed the pool because of the power outage, but the restaurant had electricity and water. We had to go to a café in town to use the bathroom. I don't recommend this...

"Daar aangekomen bleken alle extra's en service, bij commentaar werd gezegd dat ik er niet naar gevraagd had, zet het dan niet in de advertentie. Leeg gehorig huis was ons deel. We zijn naar een ander hotel gegaan na boze reactie. Daar heerlijk weekend gehad"

"Slechte bediening, spreekt alleen Frans. Afrekenen duurt erg lang."

"Very enjoyable, clean and cozy place. Staff is friendly."

"Hotel location is great even a bit far away from center, but there is a retails park nearby, very easily for us to do shopping and eating. Also, they provide the free parking, good for road trip family. Staff are nice and helpful!"

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Alfred Hotel! We hope to return in the future! The Hotel room was stunning, and spotless! It had everything we needed. The stuff was so kind and helpful! They recommend beautiful place to visite and an amazing restaurant to eat at! We enjoyed every second of our stay!"
