No café da manhã tivemos problemas dois dias seguidos para conseguir tomar um cafezinho e alguns funcionários pareciam perdidos em relação as informações e funcionamento de algumas áreas. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service."
