"A beautiful stay in Guayacan. Staff very helpful. Grace was our favourite, she spent time teaching our children Spanish and made us feel very welcome every time. We had an issue with the water but this wouldn't put us off staying here again. A unique experience that we really loved. Food was delicious, go half board if you can. The rooms need an extra air con unit on the bunkbeds side, but if you have the unit on all day and shut the curtains it's fine. Don't be put off by the drive up to the hotel, it's worth it!"

"Long check in process but room was nice and clean. Convenient location for airport. They take shuttle reservations but don’t honour them when boarding and many guests got on shuttles they were not scheduled for. "

"This no frills hotel is located inside a city block difficult to see from the street. A/C was nice! It was all I needed for an afternoon/evening in town before an early morning flight with lots of restaurant options nearby and a grocery store & pharmacy a few blocks away. An Uber was there 1 minute after request at 4;30am."
