Quiero destacar especialmente a Gabriela y Daniel de recepción, quienes fueron sumamente atentos, profesionales y carismáticos durante toda mi estadía. Yo que trabajo como front desk en Canadá, me sorprendió gratamente ver que el nivel de servicio del Hotel TRYP de Guayaquil está a la altura de los mejores. Me sentí realmente como en casa. El desayuno buffet fue delicioso, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y la ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, cines, discotecas y más. "This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel, the security, comfort and hospitality is one of the reasons I highly recommend this place, breakfast is great lots of food options and since it’s a mall I had my hair colored and manicure and pedicure for only $60 dollars in Florida I pay more than that just for my nails.
