The service was personal and attentive. The pool area was perfect and Sam looked after us so well, it was like being at a friends home, just a friend who had a castle !! We hope to return"

"Hotel Simplon is in an excellent location. The rooms were comfortable and pool area was excellent. We did not choose to have breakfast there as we felt it was overpriced. Daily cleaning could be improved. We stayed for 5 days and water was not replenished. No extras in the room such as wine glasses which would be nice if you want to have a drink on the balcony. Only paper cups for your coffee. Overall we enjoyed our stay but furnishings in the room are looking tired."
