Very decent hotel in a very good location.

Excellent hotel, staff, rooms, service etc. In the best central area of the city. I will be staying here again.

We liked the Doubletree very much. The hotel room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Location was on an area with shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to the airport and the

Very happy over

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa.

Mado Hotel is an oasis in the hectic city of Addis Ababa. The location of the property is second to none and the design and ergonomics of the furniture etc is comfortable for long stay customers. I have stayed in several hotels in Addis Ababa (visited 13 times) and this has to be my favourite. The staff are welcoming, warm, helpful and professional. The steam and sauna located in the wellness centre is fit for purpose and truly relaxing. I recommend this illustrious property.

Hotel does airport pickup, but initially I had no response on an email to them so had to call to confirm. The room was clean, always had hot water & the wifi reception was good too. Staff were friendly & the breakfast was also very good too. Would recommend

I travelled to Addis Ababa for business and I stayed at the Swiss Inn. It's a wonderful hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and most importantly for me a warm shower. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and an 8th floor restaurant and bar with wonderful views of the city. If you are travelling to Addis Ababa for business or leisure and you are looking for a great hotel at a good price, I...

This hotel felt secure and luxurious. The swimming pool was warm, clean and enjoyable, and the food very tasty.

It was amazing specially Coustmer service was top quality!!!! Thanks for the manager !! Strongly recommended!!!!!

Really good hotel with a large complex including pools, play area, running course, gym and spa area. There are a couple of shops on the ground floor for souvenirs and booking tours. Staff were very friend and helpful. There is a security check at the entrance and also scanners before entering the hotel. I was travelling for work and my hand tools were not allowed on the hotel. This was slightly unusual but understandable.
