Wonderful stay

Super nice host, and lovely little apartment with views of the sea. Everything was within walking distance, so we didn't have to use our car once during our stay. Bed was really big and comfortable, and the little kitchen had everything we needed.

The place had good location, 6-7 min form sentrum, prices was ok. We had apartment in first floor and the problem was a lot of ants everywhere in the apartment, that was the main issue. Bathroom had shower with curtains and that’s not so nice. Expect for this it was okay

Pretty Apartment

This is a really pretty apartment, with everything you could need. It is modern and stylish. The owner kindly met us from the port. The apartment has a lovely balcony looking out over the town. Bol is a very nice little town, with lovely restaurants, and easy walking to the lovely Zlatni Rat beach.

Perfect for the price

It was a nice stay at Villa Vallum. The place was clean and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine that helped us save money on food instead of dining outside. It was a very easy check in and they have a private parking lot couple of meters up from the building. However, There are no elevators so in case you have big luggage, be prepared. I think the value of it is perfect for us friends. We had no problems during our stay and the host was super nice. I don’t know how the place going to be accessible without a car though but Would definitely recommend it if you’re on a budget!

Prima appartement (nr3) op begane grond met terras met schaduw in ochtend en avond. Dichtbij prachtig strandje en 10 min lopen naar centrum Bol. Basic uitrusting, hadden iets meer comfortabele stoelen op terras fijn gevonden (zoals in andere appt).

Quiet space in Bol

Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchenette. Clean and plenty of linen and blankets for the main bedroom and the sofa bed. Good views over the water and of the sunset in the evenings. Easy access to three beautiful beaches within a couple minutes walk. Five minute walk into the main town and 20 minute walk to Zlatni Rat beach, which is stunning but a lot busier. We preferred the local beaches! Tourist train also runs past the villa if you’re feeling lazy! Air con was brilliant and welcomed after a hot beach day! Easy to walk to Villa Valum from the ferry but be prepared for a few steep streets with your cases, consider a taxi as there’s some steps to carry your cases down when you get there as well. We had a lovely stay and just came and went as we pleased. It was nice to be within a short walk but a little outside the centre where it was a little less busy.

A lot of stairs but a beautiful apartment

If you're elderly or averse to climbing lots of stairs then this is probably not for you but the apartment itself was fantastic. Very clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I loved the two balconies on both Sides of the apartment so nice to sit there every evening. The location was good - approx 10 minute walk downhill into the heart of Bol where there are many restaurants and shops. We watched Croatia win a game in the World Cup and it was a fantastic experience so the walk back up the hill didn't seem so bad but it would be a difficult task for older people and young children. But Bol is on a mountain side so the whole town is hilly and full of steps so keep this in mind if you want to come here. Island is gorgeous and a lot of beautiful seaside views as you are driving around winding roads to get to Bol. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Valium.

wonderful budget-priced apartment in beautiful Bol

We had a wonderful week staying at Villa Vallum. The owner was very helpful and lives the same building which is always handy. The apartment is in great condition and nicely decorated. The living area is only small - kitchenette and little dining table but there are 2 great balconies - one off the living area looking towards the mountains and the ocean as Villa Vallum is on the edge of the town - and another off the main bedroom also with great views. It is a 10min walk through the lovely old town to the main town centre/harbour but only 5 mins down to the closest beach - and it is beautiful! Loved our stay thanks Ivana!

Good basic appartment

we had a nice time and the room/appartment was good, checking in could have been explained better as no one was there to receive us. There is a short 50m walk down some steps to the villas which was a slight pain with suitcases but otherwise all good. it's an easy walk in to Bol town and host gave directions to some local beaches which were an easy walk.

Good choice for Bol

Our second stay in this appartment. Host is just perfect! We all enjoyed the stay and will come back again in the future. Very clean, towels exchanged regularly. Very nice beaches are just a few steps away, with delicious figa trees on the way :) Turistic train to Zlatni Rat beach stops just in the front of the appartment.

Very good price for a nice apartment

It was a bit difficult to find the place but the owner was very accommodating, and let us leave our bags until the check in time. She also offered good advice on how to get around the island. The apartment is a bit far from the "town center" (10 minute walk) but the ratio price/comfort is excellent. It is roomy, very clean, and even has air conditioning for American people!

Fin lägenhet, ren och fräsh. Ligger ca 10-15 min promenad från själva strandpromenaden i Bol. Fina restauranger i närheten och bästa stränderna. Väldigt lyhört! Dåliga, hårda sängar. Hade myror inne som åt upp vår inhandlade mat + snacks. Hyresvärden sanerade och städade och myrorna försvann. Fick dock inte ersättning för våra förlorade matvaror.

Great Hotel in a great location!

Great Hotel in a great location! Car is recommended to get around the island. We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse and we had plenty of room and the best possible island and sea views! The only negative I can list is the stairs, you have to walk about 20 steps down a hill to get to the building then climb up 3 flights of stairs in the building, but if your up for it, it's absolutely worth it! All the other rooms will require less of a climb... our host Ivana was amazing and very hospitable!
