Before I booked my room through the 3rd party, I called the hotel to ask if they can match prices, but i put in hold for over 7 minutes then i called again, but i was put in hold automatically until finally the FD (3 to 11 p.m) pick up... I asked her if they match prices, and she answered me saying NO and hung up the phone. I booked my room, and we showed to the hotel. The room AC didn't work the was 100 degrees, the phone didn't work, the tv didn't worked I ask the FD night audit lady (very nice lady), and she explain the had problems (understandable things happened). In the morning we had breakfast 👎 no utensils, the pastry box was disgusting dirty, and breakfast honestly was no good.
I know is so much you can do, BUT honesty this hotel needs a lot improvements, starting with your FD 3 to 11 lady.
