"The staff struggled to give best possible service which they nearly succeeded in reaching.
They seemed understaffed.

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich gegrüßt und bekamen alles kurz erklärt. Die Pension verfügt über einen gesicherten und abschließbaren Parkplatz. Das Zimmer befand sich im 2.OG und hatte eine angenehme Größe. Toilette und Dusche waren separat. Es gab einen Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee, außerdem einen kleinen Kühlschrank,was bei diesen Temperaturen sehr von Vorteil war. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. "Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice. "
