Some small easy improvements are possible, like a holder for the shower head above head hight, holder for soap in the shower cabin, but generally it was very good, clean.
Breakfast not buffet, but decent enough.
That being said, I would stay there again.

The room was very clean and parking convenient, free during the week, just need to ask for a parking permit. Staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were English-speaking, not Czech.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting nearby Brno. The accommodation is first class with good sized modern rooms and spacious bathrooms. The only downside was a lack of air conditioning although a supplied fan did help, if a bit noisy. Breakfast was adequate with a reasonable choice of food. There was ample outside seating to enjoy an evening drink and prices were very good. They have a large garage to accommodate visiting motorcyclists machinery. It is close to the centre...

Hotel Grandezza is a lovely hotel with a beautiful interior which appears to have been recently refurbished in a sympathetic manner.
We stayed in room 502 - top floor - which had amazing views over the Market Square and onto Špilberk Castle and the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul.
The staff were friendly, helpful & professional. The room which felt quite luxurious, was tastefully decorated and very comfortable.
