"The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the attractions and malls. There’s also ATM inside the hotel for cash if there’s paying issue with apps. We signed up private tours with the hotel arrangements, which were great with short or no lines going to Tiananmen Square and Gugong."

They provided useful information on tours when I queried about them via email before my stay, and haloed to reserve a table at Make in China, the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, in advance. When my teenager girl has problems with the delivery of stuff she purchased on Taobao, concierge staff was very helpful in helping to resolve the matter. But Make in China restaurant is overrated. "
