The only thing we didn’t like was 1 night at 4:00am there was drilling next door. And this is just a remark, I would have loved a coffee machine in the room. For de rest excellent.

Very well kept and decent property. In a safe place and the breakfast with almojabanas and maracuyas was great. They cleaned the house daily and did my laundry for little extra. Great for 1 week stay like mine. Only drawback was the gym had one all-function machine and 3 pieces of cardio machine, so had to sign up for week pass at nearby gym which was added cost. Hope they add more pieces and maybe even put an outdoor gym with awning as they have plenty of patio space unused on the roof where the gym is.

Se encuentra en un lugar muy bonito sobre todo en las noches para caminar, el hotel está en buenas condiciones el personal muy amable, por mejorar almohadas no muy cómodas y las camas muy pequeñas

GREAT LOCATION....
GREAT LOCATION has NOVOTEL Parque 93. This is my first time here. For what I paid ($66.00 USD per night) and for the 2 nights whats PERFECT but the hotel doesn't offer anything else than the stay.....the room. It's time for the management and maintenance staff to fix, change or replace a couple of things in the rooms. Besides that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Another thing the checkin and the checkout were EASY & FAST. Very GOOD customer service there.

Hotel con mal servicio
Llegamos y la "amable" señorita no explica nada, nadie ayudo a subir las maletas a la habitación, nos asignaron la habitación 7009 y nadie indico donde se colocaba la tarjeta para tener luz en la habitación y como estaba bien obscura batallamos para localizarlo por qué estaba detrás de la puerta de entrada, dejando eso de lado la caja fuerte estaba emitiendo un pitido que no entiendo si la camarera realizó la limpieza como no lo reportó antes, sube el de mantenimiento y el si muy amable trata de arreglarle y como no pudo llevo otra caja caja fuerte del 4 piso según comento que también tenía un ligero detalle que marcaba error pero si funcionaba al menos, el refrigerador no funcionaba y eso que ofrecen servicio de minibar así que mejor fuimos a una tienda cercana a adquirir unas bebidas, el elevador con todo y UE colocaba que subiera al 7 piso 3 veces paro en el 4 piso y se fue de regreso al primer nivel, además del personal de mantenimiento el día de check out peter si fue muy amable a la salida ellos dos son los únicos del hotel que nos atendieron que si trataban al huésped de la manera adecuada

Water in the bath was yellow. Room was much smaller and different than pictured on the website. Reception was away from the desk not answering the phone most of the time. No one helped us with our suitcases upon arrival.

Very well located since most tours starting point is parque de la 93. At the hotel you can coordinate a taxi that can give you city tours and things like that, you just need to arrive and they take care of your stay. Kuddos to yhe amazing Gilberto which treated us very kindly and very friendly. We will come back.

Great Location, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping centers, parks, etc, Great security, Great food, great staff. You won't really need to leave the area to enjoy visit. TRAFIC is terrible there but also the same everywhere in Bogota.. On Friday evening it get very NOISE music, party and many people all around.

It's my go to hotel in Bogota.
This hotel is excellent a lot less than the hotels. Only 6 blocks away and the area it's in is really good. Could not recommend higher. It's my go to hotel in Bogota.
