Place was nice and easy to navigate. Good staff. Only downfall was the fact that the bed had bed bugs. Clean rooms for the exception of the bed bugs

Is perfect for a night or two. No recommended for family with kids in my opinion, no big deal to me but rooms are smaller than I am use to.

The location is very convenient. The property is new but you can hear everything from next door and above. The rooms doesn’t have a phone and the furnitures mattress and chairs are very uncomfortable.

It nice and new but you get what you pay for. The service is poor. Not friendly and welcoming. Surprise because most hotels in Colombia we have found the staff to be welcoming and helpful.

There are guards on the outside that won’t let you into the parking until they confirm that you have a reservation or are staying in the hotel. They make you wait outside unnecessarily in the cold. The lady that checked us in didn’t want to provide an extra pillow and was rude.

Excelente ubicacion en Chia. Las habitaciones son muy practicas. Los colchones son firmes lo cual es de todo mi gusto. El unico problema es la caldera que cambia la temperatura de la ducha

It’s too warm inside the rooms, and duvet is too heavy, air conditioning shuts off intermittently and it is necessary to go all the way to the lobby to have it reset.

New and Modern hotel, convient resturant and cafe in the lobby, though a bit pricey. My only issue is the bed is hard and the pillows are flat. Staff was willing to provide extra pillows but nothing could be done about the bed. As for the staff and onsite security they were top-notch and very accomidating.
