Un poco más de hospitalidad

La estadía fue buena en general una buena limpieza pero se evidencia un arti flujo de extranjero atendiendo al cliente con poca amabilidad en cuanto a un simple saludo, llegamos 2 adultos y un niño y nos habían dejado una sola toalla el cual al percatarnos nos tocó bajar a solicitar otra ya que tampoco se cuenta o no nos explicaron alguna manera para comunicarse con recepción en conclusión falta de buenos modales de algunas personas del hotel

No saben de servicio al cliente....

La rsva decía queda confirmada y no habia necesidad de reconfirmar.fui atendida turno Noche por un venezolano lo más espota..y tiene que saber q si no estuviera en Col.estaria debajo de un puente y patea a los colombianos...porque no se va para su país y deja el puesto para quien de verdad trabaja con calidad de servicio.No estaba mi habitación,ya la habitación y salir a buscar a las 21:00hrs con mi hija otro hotel....de verdad esa casucha es de quinta y el personal no se diga.

No me gustó que no tengan datafono, tuve que ir en la noche a buscar un cajero. Además no sabían de mi estadía y, aunque el señor fue amable, es tedioso llegar a alojarse y esperar a que alisten cosas administrativas y además tener que ir a buscar cajero. Me dijeron varias veces que no fumara cuando no estaba fumando en la habitación.

Como siempre muy buena atención y excelentes instalaciones pero de nuevo muestro mi inconformismo con los sobrecargos que se presentan a los precios ya que fui por una noche y tenía un costo de 40.000 y me cobraron 48.000 que por recargos... cuestión que incomoda muchísimo

Hotel sencillo y basico

Pues no es lo que esperaba. Es un hotel muy pequeño en espacios. Todo muy junto y estrecho. Los corredores de acceso limitados y unas escalas muy pequeñas para subir a los demás pisos. La alcoba diminuta y estrecha el baño muy básico. En realidad un hotel muy básico. Lo único bueno la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación. La verdad no volvería.

El hotel queda en un area muy central, cerca de muchos sitios, depronto lo maluco es que tiene habitaciones que son muy cerradas y a pesar que el clima es frio, hace calor.

Kleines, gepflegtes Hotel ohne Englischkenntnisse

Das Hotel ist an guter Lage, in der Nähe befindet sich eine Station der Transmilenio. Das Viertel erachte ich als ziemlich sicher. Leider wird im Hotel kein Wort Englisch gesprochen, ohne Spanischkenntnisse wird es schwierig. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber eher klein. Es gibt dafür im Zimmer diverse Snacks und Getränke, sogar Zahnbürste und Einmalrasierer, die zu einem Spottpreis erhältlich sind.

Good stay

The hotel was good, clean, comfortable, a good price, and had a mini bar with very reasonable prices. However, getting checked in was a nightmare. It would only let me make my reservation on Hotels.com with a MasterCard (which I don't have). So i asked the lady at the desk if she would just match the price for me, and she said she could only give me that price if i booked through Hotels.com. So i went to all the trouble of tracking down a friend with a MasterCard who let me borrow the number, and after all that, it didn't even charge the card, it just had me pay in cash. So the whole MasterCard nonsense was completely unnecessary. Then even after showing the lady the booked price, she wanted to charge me more, and i had to argue about it with her and get the manager on the phone. She didn't want to give me the booked price either, saying that from what she was reading, it was not correct. Eventually she called hotels.com and talked to somebody and got back to me and said that the price on there was wrong and she didn't know why, but that hotels.com was going to fix it and in the meantime she would honor the price for me. Other than this catastrophe of a check in procedure, i had a nice time here.

Es un buen hotel, esta bien ubicado, en un buen sector. lo único es que las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero es aseado, cuenta con agua caliente, buen atención prestada.

Pues, les cuento estuve en casa gabriela.Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, muy poco espacio. Al llegar me cobraron un precio muy diferente al que habiamos acordado. Muy buena la ubicación y mucho aseo.
