It was very pleasant the staffs were friendly and the hotel was extremely clean and the location was great and walking distance from coffee and pastry shop and restaurant...the neighborhood is safe too.

O quarto estava sempre muito bem arrumado, além de ser enorme, com um grande espaço. O único problema que tivemos foi em relação ao banheiro, pois uma das folhas de vidro do box estava faltando, e isso fez com que a cada banho, o banheiro ficava encharcado de água. Também tivemos problemas com o aquecimento da água em um dos dias, mas foi rapidamente solucionado pela equipe local. O café da manhã é muito bom, feito e servido por uma equipe de educação ímpar, sempre muito gentis e pacientes. Na recepção também, todos muitos gentis e extremamente pacientes, ainda mais conosco que não falamos muito bem a língua local. A localização também é muito boa, com linha de ônibus local próxima e um corredor BRT a duas quadras. Região segura, com opções de alimentação de qualidade, supermercados e mercadinhos. Vale a hospedagem.

La atención de una de las persona horrible, la limpieza de la habitación muy limitada, pareciera que no hicieran limpieza solo tendieran la cama y ya, se escucha todo el ruido de los demas, con el parqueadero muy limitada.
