Bem ruim

Limpeza bem ruim, tinha inseto morto no chao. Nos foi cobrado pelo breakfast sendo que minha reserva o incluia. Resolvi não questionar muito meus direitos pois era apenas uma noite. Mas se tiverem outra opcao, acho melhor, pois nâo achei justo. 5 pro meio dia vieram no quarto pra ver se ìamos embora.

TERRIBLE!!!. Viajeros Mucho CUIDADO Con este hotel. Hice la reseva un mes antes y cuando llegue. 1- ya habían reservado a otros la habitación 2- no me dejaron entrar. Estaba en la calle con todo mi equipaje y toda la plática fue desde un portón. ( Lejos de ser un hotel de calidad) 3- Les mostré la reserva y dijeron que no es válida. Que buscará otro hotel.. 4- y en la plataforma de hoteles me aparece que si cancelo tengo que pagarles... Que chistosos tanto hotel normamdia gold y hoteles.com NO ME EXPLICÓ como esta un hotel tan decepcionante en esta plataforma

Bait-and- Switch

I arrived at the Hotel Normandia Gold at 3am. The night clerk claimed that she had not received a reservation for me and that she did have any rooms available. My reservation included breakfast for one person. She did, however, suggest that I could go to their sister hotel Casa Botero located a block away. When I inquired at Casa Botero the rate was slightly higher and breakfast was avai.able but not included. Although, the Hotel Casa Botero is nice enough and I was able to get a few hours rest and eat a hot breakfast; I can't help but feel that I was subjected to bait-and switch.
