The room was clean and adequate. There is quite a bit of street noise. The best part was the breakfast buffet. A delicious assortment and the staff attends you very well.

Overall the hotel is a good value with a good location. Staff overall was good except for the kitchen. I arrived and at 8:30 pm got to my room and decided to got the restaurant for a bite. I entered the restaurant at 9 pm and was told that they could not serve me because they had 5 orders ahead of me and that they closed the kitchen at 9:30pm. No options given just flat out can’t serve you. If you have a car you need to park in an enclosed secure parking lot. You need to ask for security to open gate and you can’t get to your car without having security open it for you. Airport is 45 minutes away with traffic or 20 minutes without traffic. Early morning or late night best for airport travel.

I have a nice day stay. Everyone was helpful and cordial. The bathrooms. Need a little updating (shower head, faucet, and there should be a vanity light above the sink. Also the room did not have privacy curtains so during the day the building across the street can look in the room. Breakfast was varied and plenty.

Deshonestos y desatentos.

Mala la atención de mostrador poco interés, por esta razón cambie de hotel, adicional se me quedaron unos postres en la nevera y no me llamaron que se me habían quedado, luego me comunico y lo niegan, cómo se quedan con algo de un huésped, uno paga la estadía, no es regalado el servicio.

Nunca más a ese hotel.

De un momento a otro Olía horrible el baño y el olor llegaba a la habitación. El personal dijo: “si, hace meses hemos reportado esto, pero nada que lo arreglan”. El baño no tenía jabón para manos. La puerta de vidrio de la ducha no cerraba. La ventana no tenía velo, así que tener la entrada de luz natural significaba quedar expuesto a quien quisiera mirar hacia adentro por la ventana. El personal del restaurante, no sabe abrir una botella de vino (aclaro, no es culpa de ella, ella lo hace como entiende que esta bien), es la propiedad la que debe tener personal adiestrado para atender como es y saber lo básico de servicio de copas. El personal de recepción actúa retóricamente ante los reclamos. Muy mal servicio, mala la atención, no todo el personal sabe inglés y pasan momentos de angustia cuando llegan personas de China (caso real que viví ahí).
