Bonito pero mal atendido

A pesar de contar con instalaciones bonitas y limpias; y de encontrarse ubicado en un sector que ofrece gran variedad de opciones gastronómicas y culturales, la atención es deficiente. Una de las recepcionistas (que también son mucamas, cocineras y por lo visto toderas); es irrespetuosa, no solo con los huéspedes, sino con personas externas. Por su parte el wifi es bastante deficiente, por no decir nulo. Tanto que pareciera que a partir de cierta hora lo desconectan... pues la red ni siquiera registra en los dispositivos. Instalaciones bonitas y buenos sectores, en la ciudad hay muchos. Pero la atención juega un papel fundamental. Por qué? Porque la mala atención genera incomodidad y desconfianza. Honestamente no vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel.

I was really disappointed staying here, and could never recommend it. The internet never worked and they never worried about doing something or trying to solve the problem. They just did not care. Mediocre breakfast - dirty rooms and facilities very unfriendly and unhelpful owners

Comfortable refuge

We needed a quiet safe hotel for the night before our flight home from Bogota. This was a small, clean, safe hotel in a suburb of Bogota. It reminded me of a modern European hotel, and the bed was fabulously comfortable, the shower hot, the staff courteous. The only drawback was it was not as close to the airport as I had thought ($10 by taxi) and there were no dinner options at night in the neighborhood, but great lunch choices. In Colombia, eat your big meal at lunch!
