The hotel was located off a main thoroughfare, in a nice residential neighborhood. Staff spoke little/no English, but were patient with my Spanglish. They were very helpful with some small requests I made. Nice hotel in good condition. Good value for money.

No tenía el restaurante abierto pues cierra muy temprano a las 9 pm. No tiene bar, si el taxista que tomé en el aeropuerto no se perdió está muy lejos del aeropuerto, y no está ubicado en una zona adecuada para adquirir servicios. No quedé satisfecho para nada, no lo recomiendo y así lo hará saber.

There was a building being demolished next door which was annoying during the day. I needed to request the microwave as it was not originally in the room. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

War nur eine Nacht zum schlafen da. alles sauber, angenehm und mit Aufzug,Tresor, Heißwassermaschine, allen nötigen Badprodukten sehr gut ausgestattet. In meiner Buchung stand Mikrowelle, die es nicht gab - für mich kein Problem. Frühstück sehr umfangreich, warm und kalt, süß und deftig, alles da.

No fue una estancia agradable

Demora en el check in, las maletas las subieron media hora después de haber ingresado a la habitación, el bombillo del baño no funcionaba, llame para que lo repararan y no lo hicieron hasta eldía siguiente en horas de la tarde que me cambiaron de habitación porque se había roto un tubo del agua y hubo filtración en la puerta de la habitación que por poco me moja, no habían cambiado el bombillo. Algo que me llamo la atención, es que cuándo llame para que secaran el piso de la dntrada de la habitación que se había mojado con el tema del tubo quien subió a hacerlo fue la recepcionista y no se si este bien o mal, pero me dio la impresión de que no contaban con el personal suficiente para una buena atención, porque si ella hubiera estado ocupada en sus labores de recepción no había nadie más que lo hiciera???? Una de las toallas que nos colocaron estaba manchada. El hotel aparentemente en instalaciones no esta mal, pero yo no me volvería a hospedar.

Nice stay at Calleja suites

The hotel is very clean and safe. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a nice neighborhood in Bogota.

I would have liked to have two bath towels left each day for my husband and I. When we told the 'reception' he brought it up himself! Great service! Just had to remind them about the bath towels every once in a while.
