Me presenté con la reserva al hotel cerca de la media noche, ellos no me dieron alojamiento, indicaron que no tenían disponibilidad a pesar de que yo tenía mi reserva, esto a media noche es una catástrofe, fue la peor experiencia, terminé dando vueltas en un Uber hasta la 1am encontré alojamiento en el hotel Marriot con una tarifa muy elevada, me siento muy molesta con este inconveniente y deseo que se me aclare lo sucedido y se hagan las gestiones necesarias con los responsables y deseo una compensación por el daño sufrido.
