The staff were super friendly and the room and common areas were very clean. The location is excellent with lots of dining options available from nice restaurants to street food all at very good prices.

Muy bien

El servicio es muu bueno. El lugar es limpio. El personal muy amable. El hotel está bien ubicado. Lo único es que a veces se escuchaban voces desde muy temprano en la mañana ya que el personal del hotel y de la cafeteria de al lado empezaban labores muy temprano, el cual se escuchaba en mi habitación que era en el primer piso y la màs cercana a la entrada, por lo que asumo que no se escuchaba así en todas las habitaciones.

Ich bin gar nicht geblieben! Das Zimmer hatte KEIN Fenster, es hat GESTUNKEN! Hinter dem festen Duschkopf waren alle möglichen Kabeln!!! Ich hätte mich nie dort duschen können! Ich habe ein anderes Hotel gebucht und bin gegangen. Bitte GELD ZURÜCK!!!!

Mi vuelo era en la noche, por lo que tome la precaución de contactar al hotel para avisar que llegaría pasadas las 10pm a hacer check-in, para de esta manera evitar que me colocaran estado no-show en la reserva. Para mi sorpresa, al llegar al hotel con mi grupo de 7 personas, el recepcionista (pésimo servicio, el fue el responsable de esta mala experiencia) nos dijo que una de las cuatro habitaciones que habíamos reservado estaba ocupada. En resumen, el recepcionista le vendió nuestra habitación, la cual ya estaba reservada, a un cliente walk-in. Esto causó que nos tuviéramos que mover a las 12 medianoche a buscar donde quedarnos.

Reservé por 5 dias, me mostraron fotos de habitaciones grandes, con ventanas y se veia muy comoda. La realidad es que nada fue asi, una habitación encerrada, la cama estaba montada en dos oiezas totas , cama super dura, Personal del hotel no resolvieron, en la mañana, por el mismo precio me mude a un HOTEL. Decepcion total.

Buena ubicación

Es un hotel con lo necesario por su precio, no esperen cosas de hotel 5 estrellas. Lo utilicé por su ubicación ya que era lo más conveniente para mi viaje. Las comodidades son lo necesario para pasar una noche tranquila y el personal del servicio fue muy amable y colaborador.

Muy mal, porque reserve con tarjeta de crédito un tipo de habitación y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que ya estaba reservada y me dieron una habitación bastante inferior a la pague, solicite devolución del dinero y me dijeron que no era posible.. llame a quejarme a los hoteles ayenda y me iban a cambiar a un hotel todavía inferior. Estoy muy inconforme

Overall, not a favorable experience. Noisy construction in room across the hall and building is adjacent to nightclub with loud music until 1:30 am. Although breakfast is “included”, start time was changed to 8:30 am on Saturday from 7:00 am during the week. Thus, was out the door by the time they got around to serving breakfast on Saturday. Nearby Avenida Caracas is “muy peligroso” and was advised by number of people to avoid. The good news is the hotel is inexpensive. So I didn’t feel bad about leaving a day early and forfeiting prepaid amount. The front desk staff is nice, but overworked. One guy pulled a 36-48 hour shift and looked ragged at the start. Could not have been feeling good at the end of his shift. I do not recommend. But in small ways, they seem to be trying - shower kit with mouthwash and lotion.
