Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
My problem was the bed. I dont know if
it is a Bogota thubg or not, but it was like
sleeping in a coffin. As hard as the floor.
That is not a bed to me. Also, I was just
above the check in area and guests downstairs
carrying on and noisy til 11pm.
El personal es agradable, el hotel está ubicado en un sector tranquilo y central. Desafortunadamente hubo mucho ruido durante la noche, y a la habitación N. 10 nunca llegó la señal de Internet.
It’s ok, not great. The space way to small to say that you can enjoy your time on the room. They don’t accept visitors even they don’t mention it anywhere, which in my opinion is absurd.

Reservation booked over
Arrived in the evening and all the rooms were taken even though we had a reservation. We were given a free taxi to another similar hotel in a desolate neighborhood with not much around. Luckily we grabbed a little card from the front desk with the address because the taxi driver wasn't told where he was taking us. We were able to order dinner delivery that arrived around 10pm and buy water and a drink/juice from their mini fridge. It was supposed to be similar to sabelle and in that regard the rooms are tiny like people say, but we were just passing through to take the bus the next day out of town. We were only bummed to have to wait longer to get into a room to relax.
The hotel is ok, but it makes no sense to book here if there are available rooms in other same-price, same-place and much better hotels like Hotel Santa Isabel Bogotá or Hotel Plaza 36.
This is NOT a hotel. This is a dorm! Small rooms divided by paper thin walls. The doors on each frame slam loud whenever anyone enters or leaves. There is constant noise from televisions, talking, from early evening until early morning. Back packers coming in drunk, speaking in the hall ways, pounding on doors. Then the staff starts cleaning at the crack of dawn. They slam the doors as well, play loud music, and talk and laugh until noon. A nightmare.
