"The restaurant, the location, the staff, all wonderful. The room, not so much. The mattress was horrible with broken springs and a huge dip on the edges. The bathroom was without any privacy in the room. Who in their right mind wants to use the toilet while everyone in the room can see? There was no privacy in the bathroom. I would consider it such a drawback that I would give zero stars for the hotel but I give a three simply for the restaurant and staff. I will probably never stay their again, which is sad, because I go often to Timișoara."
