Dålig support och återkoppling

Ingen fungerande TV och dålig (sen) återkoppling när det anmäldes ( ett sms på söndag om felanmälning). Inget som åtgärdades under vår vistelse fredag-måndag. Eftersom det inte finns tillgänglig personal på plats borde det vara bättre personlig support vid "fel" och mer ambition att lösa upplevda problem.

Trångt rum. Ventilation som lät mycket hela natten. Dyrt med tanke på dåligt rum och väldigt enkel frukost som man själv fick plocka ut ur kylen. Yogurth som hade möglat.
