"Arrived slightly early for check in, Cafeteria attached to hotel. 6 coaches in car park, Cafeteria was over run with people. Room ready and hour later than check in time (can be forgiven due to how busy it was!). Staff friendly and helpful. Short walk into centre of Lerma (a must if you have the time). Restaurant food ok, breakfast basic but adequate. Room clean but basic, no Aircon but fan provided. Rooms need a bit of TLC... Electrical tape holding shower head on, paint peeling above shower. Bathroom door laminate peeling due to moisture. Overall, ok for a one night stop. Small underground garage which was a bonus when travelling by motorcycle."

"Location is great, close to the old part of the cathedral and gate but at the same time is not in the middle of the everything. Building is nice and clean. Breakfast was ok."

"We drive through Spain, Bilbao to Almeria & back twice a year. Our trip down consists of 1 stop at Manzanares in the Parador. We now take a more leisurely trip back up through Spain, taking in 3 stops. We found the Parador, Ducal Palacio Lerma in 2025. Fiesta weekend!! We loved it. Beautiful building, fantastically furnished, staff very attentive. A special shout out for Davide at Reception for his attention to detail & local knowledge. Dinner in the atmospheric dining room, superb. Care with my food requirements 1st class. This years first visit surpassed 2025. No Fiesta so very calm. Davide welcomed us like old friends which is delightful. Lerma itself is very welcoming. Plenty of great restaurants, bars. Beautiful Totally in Love with Lerma & it’s people."

"Excellent and beautiful hotel, inside and out. Best location and close to everything in the center. A bit outdated inside ( no convenient outlets), but still verysolid"

"The hotel is located in a great location. Close to attractions/sighting seeing. Staff were friendly. There is a nice laundromat about 5 minutes away on foot. We did not have breakfast due to opening late. We are walking the Camino and where on the trial by 7AM. I believe breakfast started at 8AM or 9AM. We would stay here again."

"Right next the cathedral of burgos, with a magnificent view of it full in the room window, and easy access to the town and restaurants, this is a wonderful experience for our short stay in burgos. Love it."

"Economical and clean. The air conditioner was awesome! However, they're was urine in the toilet when we arrived. The water in the shower was difficult to regulate, so I burned my feet and fingers. The showerhead was not working. Street parking is difficult. Location is convenient to a mini market, Carrefour Express."
