"The location to other destinations is ideal! it is 30 minutes from Napa, Sonoma, Healdsburg, the Russian River Valley and Bodega Bay. The hotel is comfortable and several good restaurants close by."

"Do not stay here. This place does not look like the pictures. We checked in and immediately checked out. They still charged us a full three nights stay. And said I had to take it up with Expedia. Expedia told me to contact management since they’re the ones who charged me. When I contacted management, they said it’s not their policy to refund, or cancel within 24 hours of check-in. I told him how am I supposed to know how bad the place is 24 hours before I check in if I’ve never been there. And if your pictures represent one thing in and in real life, they’re completely different. They reluctantly agreed to reimburse me two nights out of the three. But I have yet to see any credit on my credit card. So basically they just lied to me to get me off the phone. This hotel has terrible customer service. And I would not recommend that anyone stay here."

"Excellent customer service. Comfortable bed, large, clean room. Beautiful view and grounds. Lots of amenities- binoculars and bicycles available to be lent. It was our anniversary and a bottle of nice wine was sent to our room for us. All the staff, friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay. We will go again. We had dinner at Drake‘s restaurant. The food was pretty good, but the service was below the standard one would expect. Very slow to take our order, time between courses was way too long and they forgot part of order. I noticed the table next to us at the same problem. Cocktails took forever to be delivered. Our waiter was not especially interested in providing good service. However, the View was very nice. "
