"Stayed 6 nights; bed was made only ONCE. Floors weren't cleaned; shoes stuck to the floor! When housekeeping problems were reported at front desk, they didn't even attempt to apologize. Pool was absolutely FILTHY. Another guest stopped me in the hallway to complain about how dirty the floors were in her room. Will NEVER return!"

"Got to one hotel at around 5pm check in was 4pm room wasn’t ready the front desk lady advised they are fully booked and rooms are dirty even advise I book another room At another hotel after my card was charged and had reservations. I tried to contact Expedia who offered me a partial refund which I was very unhappy with . The lobby was filled with people who the hotel staff advised was also waiting for rooms . After about 90 minutes we were able to get a room. Been traveling for approximately 10 hours I just wanted to shower and rest. I had a long day ahead. Hotel needs some upgrades the hotel is dated looks old and can need some remodeling. The toilet seat was broken and that only gave 2 sets of towels room was reserved for 3 people . I would never stay there again. "

"This hotel is an absolute no go! I arrived at the hotel with my family of 15 for my college graduation. I was told by front desk staff that our five rooms were not on reservation anymore because they run off a first come first serve system regardless of us having these reservations for months prior to the day. There was no real manger onsite and the gentleman was rude and try to fight with us. There was people drinking in the lobby and more. This hotel is not nothing like the pictures horrible place of business."

When we got there, it was not cleaned from the last person, it smelled like smoke and grossness, and was falling apart. There were stains on the ceiling, broken refrigerator that was leaking, stairwell was coming apart, worn down and broken parts throughout the room. "
