"I stayed at this hotel 13 years ago and so we knew it was nice so decided to stay here again,however it has changed drastically. We have just spent a week here,hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly but the rooms are very basic,the whole hotel needs a refurb! It is very dated and looks tired ..."

"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare.
