Relaxing

Clean and spacious. Check in was a bit of hiccup as change of management but everyone was helpful. Quiet location away from centre of town ideal for relaxing in hammock. Walk into town was not too far maybe 20 Min. Easy to walk to from airport.

Good room far out

We got welcomed in a nice way. Reception was very helpful and helped us out with booking trips etc. The cabins were a bit out of town so you need a taxi / or a bike to get in to town. The room was okay. The ventilator was broke aND they immediately replaced it. You need it because there is no airconditioning and it is very hot in the rooms. The room didn't get cleaned in the 3 nights that we were here. They ask you not to throw toiletpapier down the toilet so it has been standing in the badroom for 4 days. Towels didn't get changed. We ask for replacement and got it because we asked for it. Showers have cold water

Do not bother

So many things were broken and in a bad state of repair, they lost our booking and we left after 1 night. For same price we found an amazing place. I am a well travelled person & I have never seen anything like this place for that price. Broken toilet, shower and sink..... Room with no windows, like a very hot box to sleep in! The pics on the Internet look so much better than the reality. Avoid this, for the price there are many better places! On the plus side the lady that tried to help us was nice, but it was too late by then as they had lost the booking and had overbooked. I am glad we left after 1 night and managed to find other accommodation. My advice is avoid and look else where. Organisation was terrible. Also there were a lot of workmen walking in and using the kitchen facilities, no one knew who they were so didn't feel safe with people walking in off street into kitchen.

Pésimo!!! Realicé la reserva del hotel a través de Hoteles.com y resulta que cuando llegamos al lugar a realizar el check in, la recepcionista nos dice que no encuentra el número de confirmación, ya que ella no está registrada en Hoteles.com!!! Sin embargo, tenía habitaciones disponibles pero costaba el triple de lo que nos ofrecieron por este medio....les puedo detallar aun más acerca de mi experiencia pero es demasiado!, solo puedo decir que la tipa de recepción y su área de trabajo era un total desorden, ni siquiera sabía donde se encontrabas las cosas que necesitaba en el momento. RECOMENDACIÓN: No hacer caso a este hotel o se verán en la misma situación que he pasado. Saludos!

Jennys place was basic but good, clean and rustic, just what i was expecting in Panama, the owner /manager Jenny was absolutly lovely and helpful, not 5 star my any means but i enjoyed it and would stay there again
