"Nice and close to grocery and restaurants. Cleaning staff really good. Only change they cud make is have a quiet time after 10pm around pool and hotel"

"We found the room stuffy with just a fan
No outside space to sit
We were eventually moved after 3 days to a smaller room with AC & a balcony, it was much better
The staff were very friendly & accommodating. We paid $100, it usually rents for $50, which is what it should be. "
"We arrived and the room that was reserved was not available. We were offered another room that would not be available for about another hour. We agreed to wait and stated we would return in an hour and a half. We returned to find out that the promised room was not available and were given another room.
On the second day we were offered the promised room. This room did not seem to have the bathroom completed. The issue at times was not all the bathroom supplies were provided. The air conditioner unit in last room did not cool the room as well.
The positive was the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff in the dining area were excellent. Very accommodating and attentive.
The location of the hotel is very convenient as it provides so many businesses within walking distance.
Giving an average rating as the room was clean, but needs to be completed properly and all bathroom supplies be provided. Also great breakfast buffet."
