"The housekeeper serviced our room and somehow locked us out and we had to wait 45 minutes for re-entry, someone at the front desk charged us a parking fee when we didn't have a car and the manager was very combative about it, and there were several strands of hair everywhere in our room. When I questioned about my deposit and obtaining a receipt, I was giving the run around and at that upset me because I encountered several issues and not one time did I complain, but this did it for me. I will not be staying here again. Accountability is key for me and my funds. "

"Staff is great - kind and quick checkin and out Location - not really right across the street from beach. Quite a walk. Room Cleanliness - not the greatest. Carpet was dirty with crumbs and other stuff on it. Bathroom floor had a razor cap. Two towels were dirty with stains. Air conditioning worked on and off Overall was fine as we were gone most of the day but working in Housekeeping management Myself I thought it needed definitely some more attention.
